beans from Central and South America mingled with African, resulting in
a superb and classical cup. (Note this blend closely mimics the
flavour, but not the cost of the Original Jamaican Blue Mountain.)
Jean's Java
- Named in memory of our dear Mom, this Dutch blend mingles the
distinct tastes of intensely rich and luxurious beans from Sumatra and
Colombia.

Ethiopian Sidamo
- Fruity, winey, pungent with a touch of earthiness.

- concentrated and intense, huge body, bright, complex yet balanced, with the classic Huehue fruit.

- Bright citrus acidity with great body and deep black currant,
incredibly long finish.

Mandheling - Huge rich body, earthy but not musty, herbal.
