Fair Trade Continental
Some continental coffees can be a little too highly roasted and get bitter. Our master roaster always strives for that delicate moment when the coffee bean is all but black roasted but has not yet gone to far! His efforts are well worth it as our continental coffee roast while having the desired strong taste avoids some of the bitterness that less carefully prepared coffee beans have. We use nothing but Fair trade certified coffee beans for this mainly Brazil's in our traditional blend. Recommended either as an espresso or as a strong filter coffee that in turn can be the basis of Iced or Irish type coffee drinks.
