The full title of this coffee is Brazilian Bourbon Santos II. Produced in the Santos region of Brazil this coffee has a medium to light body with a sweet and lightly nutty flavour. No one knows why there is no Brazilian Santos I; perhaps the grade of I is reserved for a mythically perfect coffee. Regardless this dry processed coffee is with out a doubt one of the finest Fairtrade coffees available.
