From the dry dusty plains of Ethiopia to the lofty heights of the Colombian Andes, we select and roast the best. A coffee bean is like a time capsule, once roasted it starts to deteriorate. Its vital and delicate, volatile oils  begin to evaporate. This is why it is so important to use the freshest roast coffee available. We roast daily on one of our three roasters, depending on demand and do not stockpile. Thus this ensures what you receive is fresh!

Coffees from around the globe have rich and complex flavours, taking characteristics from the geographical conditions, soils, altitude and climate.

There are two main types of beans - Arabica and Robusta. Aribicas are considered the very best. They have the finest flavour and aroma. Robustas are used to a lesser extent, but their more harsh and earthly flavours add a wonderful kick to the the higher roast coffees.
